Built By Thomas are specialists in the design and build process with expertise in small lot code and sustainable construction techniques, amongst other areas. We design, build and renovate homes and pools.
As a design and build specialist, Built By Thomas will guide you through the process of your new build or renovation from the start of the initial planning phase. By choosing to create your dream home in association with Built By Thomas you will reduce frustration, time and cost.
Involving Built By Thomas prior to consultation with an independent designer or architect will save you time and money, as our expertise will enable you to plan your new build or renovation to suit your budget and lifestyle from the very start. Our experience has shown us that clients’ who first engage an architect or designer experience frustration as they are given unrealistic expectations regarding cost. Repeated reworking of your plans will result in spiralling architects fees – money which could be better spent elsewhere on your build.

Built By Thomas was established in January 2010 by Thomas Neuhold. Thomas has over 25 years’ experience in residential and commercial building and construction and is a licenced carpenter and builder. We are located in Graceville, in the south western suburbs of Brisbane and cover the geographical region of Brisbane and Ipswich.

LICENSED. We are licensed under the (QBCC) Queensland Building and Construction Commission (License Number – 1173173), so you know that we have the skills and expertise to complete your project to the highest standard.
